payment

◆ Methods of payment: I accept CashApp > Venmo > Ko-fi > VGen > PayPal. CashApp is my most preferred option because it does not charge transaction fees, meaning I receive the full payment. However, you are free to use any listed method. I also occasionally accept DeviantArt Points (DA Points) when I make an announcement on my socials. When available, DA Point prices will always be displayed alongside the USD prices for clarity.◆ Currency: All commissions must be paid in USD. The customer is solely responsible for covering any and all fees related to currency conversion, transfer fees, or payment service charges. Payments made in other currencies that do not meet the full invoice amount in USD will not be considered complete until corrected.◆ Upfront rules: All commissions must be paid either in full upfront or split into two equal payments: half before work begins and half after approval of the initial sketch. No exceptions. Certain commission types may require full upfront payment depending on the complexity. No work will begin until the initial payment is received and cleared.◆ Late or missing payments: Failure to complete the second half of a split payment after sketch approval will result in the commission being paused. Continued failure to pay may result in cancellation of the order without refund of the initial payment.

◆ Usage rights: All commissions are provided for personal use only unless explicit commercial rights are purchased. Personal use includes sharing the artwork on social media, using it as profile pictures, or printing it for personal display. Commercial use includes but is not limited to monetized streaming, merchandise production, advertising, or branding.◆ Licensing: If the commission is intended for monetized content, a +75% fee applies. If the artwork is intended for merchandise, resale, or branding, a +80% fee applies. If you require strict privacy (for example, if you do not want the commission shared publicly), an NDA option is available for +$100.◆ Prohibited usage: The customer may not use the commissioned artwork in blockchain-related technologies, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future blockchain-based platforms. The customer may not use the artwork in AI datasets, AI training tools, or any AI-related technology now or in the future.◆ Artist rights: As the artist, I retain the copyright to all commissioned works. I have the right to display completed commissions in my portfolio, on social media, and as examples of my work unless the customer has purchased an NDA. I also retain the right to refuse or cancel any commission at any time. In the event of cancellation by me, a refund will be issued depending on the progress completed.

Fees

◆ Rush fee: If you need your commission completed within a tight deadline, a rush fee will apply. The standard rush fee is +$20, but this may increase depending on the complexity and timeframe.◆ Shading & rendering fees: Cell shading is available for an additional +10%. A more detailed render is available for +16%. These fees are calculated based on the base commission price.◆ Complex designs: Characters with intricate details (such as highly patterned clothing, complex markings, elaborate hairstyles, or multiple accessories) will incur a +15% complexity fee.◆ Items/props: Adding items or props (such as a plushie, spoon, or accessory) will increase the price depending on the number and complexity of props included.◆ Lineart customization: Colored lines are available for +$4.◆ NSFW fee: NSFW commissions include an additional +25% fee. NSFW commissions are strictly 18+ only and require ID verification.◆ Licensing fees: Monetized content requires a +75% fee. Commercial merchandising requires a +80% fee. If you require privacy, an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) is available for +$100.◆ Revision fees: Excessive revisions beyond what is included (see “Editing / Revisions” section) will incur extra charges. The cost will depend on whether the edit is minor or major and how much additional time is required.◆ Unclear or missing references: If no clear reference image is provided and I must design directly from a written description or moodboard, an additional design fee may apply.

◆ Sketch phase revisions: Customers are entitled to three full revisions during the sketch phase. Revisions at this stage can include major adjustments to pose, anatomy, expression, or design details. These are covered in the original commission price.◆ Coloring/painting stage edits: Once the piece has entered the coloring or rendering stage, only a limited amount of minor edits are included in the base price. Minor edits include small color adjustments, small accessory changes, or fixing minor overlooked details.◆ Excessive edits: Excessive revisions or repeated changes that halt forward progress on the work will incur additional fees. These fees are based on the complexity of the changes and the amount of extra time they require.◆ Artist error: Revisions that are necessary due to my own negligence or mistakes (for example, if I miss a design trait that was clearly provided) will always be fixed free of charge.◆ Major revisions after sketch approval: Additional major revisions requested after the sketch has been approved (such as changing the pose entirely, redesigning large elements, or altering composition) will result in significant additional charges.◆ Discretion clause: It is up to my discretion to determine what constitutes a minor revision versus a major revision. I will always communicate with you transparently about whether a requested change falls under included edits or will require extra payment.

General

◆ Communication: I expect customers to remain responsive throughout the commission process. Quick replies help keep the project moving. Lack of communication may be treated as approval of current progress.◆ Deadlines: If you have a strict deadline (birthday, event, stream), please let me know in advance. Deadlines must be agreed upon beforehand and may require a rush fee.◆ References: Clear references are required for accuracy. Written-only descriptions or moodboards are accepted, but this may increase turnaround time or add a design fee.◆ Art style: Please note that my work will always reflect my personal art style. I will not perfectly mimic another artist’s style.◆ Delivery: All commissions are delivered digitally through email or private link. I do not ship physical items.◆ Portfolio use: Unless you purchase an NDA, I may showcase your completed commission in my portfolio or on social media.◆ Behavior: Rude or disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated. This includes harassment, spamming, or pressuring me to finish faster without a rush fee.◆ Boundaries: I will not accept commissions involving hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful content. Please respect these limits.

◆ Turnaround time (TAT): My maximum turnaround time is 2 months from the date payment is received. If I require more time due to personal circumstances, I will notify you immediately and provide updates. Please keep in mind that I work solely with WiFi access, which may occasionally cause delays.◆ Refund policy: Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances:
– If no progress has been made for 2 months.
– If I personally determine I cannot complete the work.
Refunds will not be issued once significant progress has been made (such as linework or coloring), unless I cancel the commission myself.◆ NSFW work: NSFW commissions are strictly 18+ only. Customers requesting NSFW artwork will be required to provide ID verification. NSFW commissions also include an additional +25% fee due to the content restrictions and additional work involved.◆ Respect clause: Disrespectful, hostile, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Any such actions may result in cancellation of the commission, with refund eligibility depending on how much work has already been completed. Repeated or extreme cases may result in refusal of future commissions.

Bust/icon

about bust/shoulder/icon; A bust or shoulder portrait focuses on the character’s upper body, including the head, shoulders, and chest area. It allows for more detail than a headshot, such as clothing design, accessories, and poses, while still being compact for icons.

Mini icon

about mini icon; Mini icons are simplified, smaller-scale portraits meant for profile use, thumbnails, or social media. They are clean, expressive, and compact, making them easy to use across multiple platforms. You can choose between 200x200 or 500x500.

Half body

about half body; A half body drawing extends down to the waist or hips, capturing the upper half of the character. This type provides more room for body language, clothing details, and dynamic posing compared to busts.

Full body

about full body; A full body piece captures the entire character from head to toe. This option is ideal for showcasing complete designs, outfits, accessories, and personality through full poses and movement.

Pixel icon

about pixel icon; Pixel icons are small, stylized artworks created in pixel art style. They emphasize simplicity while remaining detailed and cute, making them great for social media avatars, signatures, or charm references.

Digital badges

about digital badge; Digital badges are themed, stylized pieces used for convention badges, roleplay IDs, or decorative character tokens. They can vary in size and complexity, and include creative layouts, backgrounds, and optional custom text.

Eye banner

about eye banner; Eye banners focus on a character’s eyes, emphasizing expression, design, and detail. They are typically used for headers, banners, or aesthetic displays and highlight unique features like color, shape, or markings.

Character banner

about character banner; A character banner includes either a bust or half body character with decorative elements, perfect for profile headers, websites, or aesthetic showcases. Extra assets and design accents can be added to enhance the layout.

Phone wallpaper (abstract)

about phone wallpaper (abstract); Abstract wallpapers feature creative, stylized designs inspired by your character, colors, or themes. These are meant to be used as phone backgrounds and focus on aesthetics rather than full character rendering.
